Justin Villines, BSM, MBA, serves as the Health Information Technology Policy Director for the Office of Health Information Technology, which oversee Arkansas’ State Health Alliance for Records Exchange (SHARE)– the only statewide Health Information Exchange (HIE). With over 17 years of experience, he specializes in HIE, EMR/EHR systems, public health, community education, practice transformation, healthcare consulting, project management, and teaching. Justin has led HIE implementation efforts in Arkansas while supporting Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Practice Transformation initiatives nationwide, along with Clinically Integrated Networks (CIN) and the Arkansas Medicaid PCMH program. As an Adjunct Professor at Webster University, he teaches several healthcare courses. Previously at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, he contributed to PCMH transformation and quality assurance coordination.
